Damon Archibald brings decades of basketball experience and leadership to Iowa United as the program’s Head Coach. With over 15 years of Division I coaching experience, he has a proven track record of developing talent at the highest level. His time at top programs like Iowa State, USC, and Pepperdine helped shape 19 future NBA players. Damon brings a championship mindset to every team he leads, focused on building both skill and character.

Over the course of his coaching career, Damon has made a lasting impact at multiple Division I programs, playing key roles in team success and postseason runs. He’s coached in the NCAA Tournament with five different teams and helped lead two programs to NIT Final Four appearances. His time on the sidelines includes championship seasons and player development that consistently elevated team performance. In addition to his collegiate experience, Damon spent time with the Sacramento Kings as an assistant coach during NBA Summer League, further expanding his influence at the professional level.
